Hello! I'm Shannon.  

Welcome to Pink & FIERCE! As one of the first handful of female Krav Maga Black Belt Instructors in the United States, I have dedicated myself to mastering this art and empowering others. With over 20 years of experience training men, women, children, law enforcement, and military personnel, my focus is now on helping women recognize their strength and self-worth.

 

Join me in embracing the power of the Lioness—beautiful, powerful, and unafraid to own her value.

It brings me great joy to share it with others, especially women.  I have trained men, women, children, law enforcement and military, for over 20 years.  I’ve owned my own studio for 13 years.  However, after Covid, I scaled back my studio and now focus solely empowering women. 

We women are stronger than we are taught. 

We women are mentally more powerful than we are taught. 

We women are physically stronger than we are taught. 

We women need to know and own our self worth. ​

 

The Lioness is my animal symbol. I refer to her because she represents beauty, power and love.  She knows her worth.  She isn't afraid to embrace her pink tender nurturing loving side. And yet, she is FIERCE by hunting and protecting her sisters, her cubs and her Pride. She stands confidently tall with beauty and strength.  She is a Fierce Queen.  She is the epitome of Pink & FIERCE.
