In this 2 hour introductory workshop you will learn to use our voice, ​how to use your voice, detect danger, how to de-escalate a situation, fighting stance, movement, punches, front kick to groin, elbows, knees, wrist release, and a self defense technique to keep you safe on campus and in life.
